★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unfriendly staff. Shop assistant could not be bothered to answer a simple size question 10min before closing time with no one in the store and nothing to do. Then refused to provide a bag, claiming "I asked you and you didn't want any" and just walked away... Flabbergasted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very deceiving staff. Because I don’t shop at C&A often, before buying, I specifically asked the seller about their return policy. She said that the items cannot be returned but they can be exchanged which was fine for me. After a while, I decided to exchange one of the two items I bought only to find out that the items with a red label cannot be exchanged, information that is only printed on the receipt. Thus, you can only find this out after you have made your purchase because the people working there are straight out lying to customers!
