Le châssis a été mis n'importe comment, n'a pas été isolé du tout, ils ont fait des griffes sur la poignée en le posant, et la finition est absolument atroce.
De plus, du à une erreur de métré de leur part, nous avons du commandé un volet, qui a mis plus de deux mois à être placé. A deux reprises, l'entreprise n'est jamais arrivé au rendez-vous pour poser le châssis. Et bien entendu, sans prévenir qu'ils ne viendraient pas....
Je n'ai jamais eu une aussi mauvaise expérience en rénovation de toute ma vie.... absolument scandaleux!

The chassis was put in any way, was not isolated at all, they made claws on the handle when putting it down, and the finish is absolutely excruciating.
In addition, due to a measurement error on their part, we ordered a shutter, which took more than two months to be placed. Twice, the company never made an appointment to install the chassis. And of course, without warning that they would not come ....
I have never had such a bad experience in renovation in my entire life .... absolutely scandalous!
