★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zeer slecht. Onze deuren zijn slecht geplaatst, tocht komt er zo door. Ze sluiten zelfs niet volledig. Al van dag 1 na plaatsing contact opgenomen met Engels met de vraag dit op te lossen. Alle telefoons en mails van onze kant blijven onbeantwoord. Als actie na plaatsing vliegenramen ontvangen die op geen enkele van onze geplaatste vensters pasten. We hebben zelf nog moeten zorgen voor de opvulling van de gemaakte gaten aan de buitenkant. Ze laten alles in onderaanneming doen. 1 goede raad: laat je deuren en ramen plaatsen door echte vakmannen. Bij Engels zijn ze vlotte verkopers van zodra de centen zijn betaald sta je in de kou letterlijk en figuurlijk. Wat ben je met mooie ramen en deuren die slecht zijn geplaatst?! Zelfs de grote baas reageert niet op de mails van consumenten die recht hebben op een degelijke service na verkoop. Regelrechte schande.
Very bad. Our doors are badly placed, drafts get through in no time. They don't even close completely. Contacted Engels from day 1 after placement with the request to solve this. All phones and emails from our side remain unanswered. Receive fly windows as action after installation that did not fit on any of our placed windows. We still had to take care of the filling of the holes made on the outside. They subcontract everything. 1 good advice: have your doors and windows installed by real craftsmen. In English they are smooth sellers as soon as the money is paid you are literally and figuratively out in the cold. What are you with beautiful windows and doors that are badly placed ?! Even the big boss does not respond to emails from consumers who are entitled to a good after-sales service. Outright disgrace.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited the Zaventem store to inquire about a window renovation and the maintenance (including painting) of other windows. I was asked to contact them by e-mail with further details so that I could receive a quotation. After three reminder e-mails and 10 days of wait, the sales person simply declines providing a quotation on the grounds that they do not paint windows. Conclusion: extremely bad customer service that will only waste your precious time. I do not recommend approaching them at all.
