★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Busy but well-organised station. The eurostar boarding/check-in should be a bit faster though

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the main station in Brussel as have many train services from here to all over the Belgium and Europe as well but really sorry to say, no info in ENGLISH even English is spoken in all Europe. Rude ticket checkers. No wifi or plug for charging mobile in long distance trains. Trains have few carriages for a big loud crowds. U r paying a lot n getting no seats oh and next train is in 30mins ?. Brussel has main offices of EU but compare to London has less facilities. Just saying....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Along with Brussels Central and Brussels North, Brussels South is one of the main stations in the city. I arrived from Mons and left for Liege form this station. Both time I found it each to navigate and easy to read departure boards. There's a good range of shops, especially eateries, but also some expensive looking shops selling watches, jewellery and cosmetics. I can only say that the food choices is pretty good.
Not an attraction as such, more of a station you'd be happy to use.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The international ticket office is among the slowest and worst managed ones I've ever seen around the world.
The times I've risked to miss my train or actually missed it because of this are countless.
There's a lady in particular who seems to have some sort of manager role, who is particularly unpleasant and impolite towards passengers and also is the slowest one in the office, engaging in conversations with other colleagues rather than working after or sometimes even while serving a customer and all this when the office is packed with people clearly waiting for their turn and possibly being in a hurry.
This is unacceptable. Brussels Midi is an international station, not a bar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great station, and great people. But be super careful with you baggage. The trains are clean. Very easy to buy QR Code tickets that online ( i use trainline mainly ). I found the platforms to be a bit confusing, and is hastle to change between them when there is a platform change at the last minute.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Literally the opposite you would expect for "Europe's Big and Important Capital".One day when I am rich I hope to be able to donate Japanese trains to Belgium so they can also have something nice and worth the price and time. Until then if you can detour this city on your trip, I really recommend :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As most of railway stations on Belgium, you can go from this station to many destinations, also you can find many many restaurants and shops inside it. Most of times the trains will be on time, you can buy the tickets from the tickets window or from the machines. Wearing masks is mandatory once you entered and hygiene sanitation everywhere. Most of time the station will be congested but you can reach your train.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A big trainstation in South Brussels. It had the Brussels routes and the fast trains to London and Paris.
