L	Lucy Debrion (Jyoti) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le "capitaine" a passé la visite à faire des commentaires insultants et racistes comparant les touristes sur les ponts à des vaches qui font coucou (je vous passe les autres exemples graveleux), je déconseille cet endroit, par contre l'idée de faire une balade sur l'eau est une bonne idée car visuellement très beau. The "captain" spent the visit making insulting and racist comments comparing the tourists on the bridges to cows waving hello (I'll pass you the other gritty examples), I recommend this place, on the other hand the idea of making a stroll on the water is a good idea because visually very beautiful.

Die Fahrt dauert in etwa 30 Minuten und kostet pro Person 10€. Grundsätzlich ist es egal für welche der vielen Anlegestellen man sich entscheidet, da alle dieselbe Route fahren. Es wird immer wieder mal in eine Sackgasse gefahren und wieder gedreht. Der Kapitän versuchte immer wieder etwas in drei Sprachen, Flämisch, Französisch und englisch zu erklären. Allerdings war die Ausführung in der englischen Sprache sehr kurz und nicht sehr verständlich. Ebenso wäre es möglich alle befahrenen Kanäle auch zu Fuß zu bestreiten. We had decided to take a small boat trip on the canals in Bruges and were a little disappointed. The journey takes about 30 minutes and costs € 10 per person. Basically, it doesn't matter which of the many landing stages you choose, as they all drive the same route. Every now and then it is driven into a dead end and then rotated again. The captain kept trying to explain something in three languages, Flemish, French and English. However, the execution in the English language was very short and not very understandable. It would also be possible to cover all the canals used on foot.

Le tour dure environ 30 minutes, pour un prix de 12 euros, c'est élevé oui, mais qu'est ce qui ne l'est pas aujourd'hui... Le guide nous donne des informations essentielles durant la balade, en néerlandais, français et anglais, et parlant les 3 langues je peux assurer que tout était très clair et compréhensible sans problème. En bref, nous avons passé un très bon moment. Very pleasant moment and another vision of the city after having already visited it on foot. The boat was surprisingly comfortable. The tour lasts about 30 minutes, for a price of 12 euros, it's high yes, but what isn't today... The guide gives us essential information during the walk, in Dutch , French and English, and speaking the 3 languages I can assure that everything was very clear and understandable without problem. In short, we had a great time.

T	Tom Vanbrabant on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We personally had a great experience here. We were instantly allowed onto the boat and didn't have to wait a second before it started. The guide gave insightful and sometimes funny commentary over the different sights in Dutch, French and English. As somebody who speaks all three, they were all clearly understandable. From what I've heard and seen from other boat services was this one of the best guides around. I'm sad to see this place get such terrible reviews and that others had a really bad experience here. All I can say is that we had an absolute blast!
