Ce lundi 3 mai nous avons besoin d'un rendez-vous urgent et ces gens ne décrochent jamais !.. On appelle le call centre où on nous dit qu'ils vont leur demander par E-mail de nous contacter?... Rien ! Demain nous irons tambouriner à la porte de l'agence où on nous dira qu'il faut prendre rendez-vous par téléphone ! Ils sont magnifiques.
This Monday, May 3, we need an urgent appointment and these people never pick up! .. We call the call center where we are told that they will ask them by E-mail to contact us? ... Nothing ! Tomorrow we will bang on the door of the agency where we will be told that we have to make an appointment by phone! They are magnificent.

Impossible d'obtenir un rdv, la centrale décroche, de multiples messages enregistrés, mais jamais personne ne répond. J'ai raccroché après deux attentes de plus de 20 minutes. SERVICE NUL!!! Je vais changer de banque.
Unable to get an appointment, the control unit answers, multiple messages recorded, but no one ever answers. I hung up after two waits of more than 20 minutes. LACK OF SERVICE !!! I'm going to change banks.

Impossible de prendre rendez-vous et lorsque l'on y va sans rendez-vous on se fait engueuler. J'ai quitté l'appartement que je louait et je souhaite récupérer ma garantie locative et arrêter l'assurance mais pas moyen de le faire puisqu'il est impossible d'avoir un rendez-vous ou d'être accueilli correctement en agence. Ça fait 3 mois que je paye l'assurance d'un appartement dans lequel je ne vis plus.
Impossible to make an appointment and when we go without an appointment we get yelled at. I left the apartment I was renting and I want to recover my rental guarantee and stop the insurance, but no way to do so since it is impossible to have an appointment or to be properly greeted at the agency. It's been 3 months since I paid for the insurance of an apartment in which I no longer live.

Incompetence is the order of the day here. They do not know what customer service is. I have waited three months to hear from them on an inheritance matter and have yet to get anyone to answer an email. This place is AWFUL. DO NOT PUT YOUR MONEY HERE.

Been a Fortis cliënt for years, but never been in contact with a bank as poorly run as the Ukkel one. You’re better if driving 10mins further than becoming a client at this particular Fortis bank.
