★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sadly this store does not value ten year customer loyalty and sadly act penny wise, pound foolish. My wife hat to return faulty item and the amount of hoops they made her jump through, in order to receive a voucher for a new item is absolutely absurd. They now her by name, even call her on her birthday to congratulate her (on the wrong day) and then still have the nerve to make her return 8 times to the store and then after many obstacles hand her a voucher that is only valid for three months. Leaves Avery bad taste in mouth and definitely does not make us want to enter the store every again. Very disappointing.
