★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na jaren tevreden klant te zijn, is spijtig genoeg de ondersteuning voor bedrijven van goed naar zeer slecht afgebouwd. Zelfs coda opzeggen lijkt onmogelijk, na vele keren opvolgen, klachten, document ondertekenen, etc blijft men dit aanrekenen om dan te vertellen dat het door hun voorziene document niet het juiste is, maar zonder enige informatie na meermaals opvolgen wat dan "wel" het juiste document is. Tot op heden is het na vele maanden nog steeds niet gelukt om de kosten van coda geheel stop te zetten.
 Unfortunately, after years of being a satisfied customer, support for companies has been phased out from good to very bad. Even canceling coda seems impossible, after many times following up, complaints, signing a document, etc., people continue to charge this to tell them that the document provided by them is not the right one, but without any information after several times, what "is" the right one document. To date, after many months, it has still not been possible to completely stop the costs of coda.
