★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had attest nodig voor klant. Naar kantoor in Kapellen. Had geen afspraak en zakelijke rekening staat nog bij ander kantoor, maar werd toch vriendelijk verder geholpen. Heel hulpvaardig team. Bijzonder klant- en vooral mensgericht. Belfius mag blij zijn met dit team in Kapellen.
Needed certificate for customer. To the office in Kapellen. Didn't have an appointment and business account is still at another office, but was still kindly helped. Very helpful team. Particularly customer-oriented and, above all, people-oriented. Belfius can be happy with this team in Kapellen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Verdient niet eens een ster. Dus 1 ster voor mijn review. Wat een nutteloze bank!! Al 3 dagen proberen bellen en nemen niet op. Ook wanneer ik langskom kunnen ze de deur niet opendoen. Volgens mij is dit een bank voor geesten.
