Quite happy with the dealership, helpful staff and beautiful showroom. Going there only for a price offer, the helpfulness of the staff would encourage me to buy my future car in this dealership. I advise :)

Un suivi des dossiers à partir de la signature jusqu’à là remise des clefs.
L’équipe après vente est très professionnelle sans parler du réceptionniste qui est très sympathique.
Ça donne envie d’y retourner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Très mauvaise expérience. Appelé plusieurs fois pour prise de rendez-vous, jamais été rappelé. Enfin eu le service commercial, pris rendez-vous pour une voiture spécifique de stock. Le jour même j'appelle juste pour annoncer quelques minutes de retard. On dit gentiment qu'elle est vendu la veille. Visiblement ils estiment qu'il ne fallait pas prévenir... 2h de route pour rien ...
Very bad experience. Called several times to make an appointment, never got a call back. Finally got the sales department, made an appointment for a specific stock car. The same day I call just to announce a few minutes late. We say nicely that it is sold the day before. Obviously they believe that it was not necessary to warn... 2h drive for nothing...

We went there today, having in mind to buy a second hand 27K euro car since it met 100% our requirements.
The salesperson receiving us was more an anti-salesman, lacking welcoming us, hardly giving information, not answering questions... He seemed annoyed with our presence, and when we asked for the test ride, didn't join us outside to explain the car from the interior (it was no rush hour - we were the only customers). Asking for the four years guarantee, as displayed on their website, he simply told it was not valid, and was limited to one year. No compensation proposed or anything.
Was it our casual clothing? We do have fancy cloths as well, but we'll never know, since they will never see us again.
What a difference with the service in BMW Liege or Hannut...
