Misrepresenting the prestige brand that is Mercedes-Benz.
On Arrival the garage has no personnel to reception you, then upon asking the Director of the Branch greets and say let me help you.
Once the car signed on the same day, the director insisted to have a coffee/Tea but after the buying, the whole garage staff became invisible towards they're client.
No more greetings, what Belgium is know for the lift of the shoulders with the blaming game to one another saying, unfortunately we are not dealing with this, otherwise customer experience would have been totally different.
Anyhow regretful to buy a car from this garage. Should not be representing the prestigious brand as Mercedes.
