β β β β β I purchased shoes at this store a few weeks ago and the salesman specificly told me not to use waterproof product on it but just polish it in the classic way, that the shoe only need to be "fed" .
After a big rain bubbles appeared on the shoes and can't seem to go away... Thanks for the advice these are not wearable now.
And the shoes are not sold with the sole, you can easily count 20β¬ more to get this done.

β β β β β Worthless service. Poor quality shoes.
Purchased 2 pairs of shoes as that is their interesting offer.
1st pair was out after 1 month of wear... Tended to meticulously yet all the stitching on the nose of one of the shoes got loose. Went back to the boutique. The salesman told me he wouldnt be able to do anything for me. Quite amazed I asked for an explanation. He didn't care to elaborate and told me he could only ask for the manager to have a look at the shoes which I accepted.
Upon arrival, whilst walking towards me, this grotesque personage told me without looking that they wouldn't do anything for me. I thus enquired about international warranties and how my issue didn't fit in. He waved me away and I quote : "this does not apply to our products. Clothing is not bound by these rules and we do not offer such a service as wear is not the same with clothing than other products. Please refer to our website for our policies."
I never experienced such an arrogant attitude from a "manager".
Useless to say that my other pair of shoes, which are still in good shape, are worn with a bitter taste. For the price they are fine but after 1 year of ownership I understand how their price is much more accessible than other brands.
Patina does not apply to these shoes. They simply look worn quickly.
Went to a shoemaker to try and salvage the shoes but was laughed at as they cannot do anything with these kind of low quality built shoes.
I am left with a pair of shoes for which I paid full price that are okay and a pair of shoes I paid half price that were used for a month and totally destroyed. I guess that the offer was not that attractive after all ;)
I am now a happy owner of Church's !

β β β β β Most unfriendly "I don't care service" I have ever experienced. Inside the shop you can't see the shoes, just at the window. I hope they go bankrupt... What a waste of time.
