Alors, inhumain pas compréhensible du tout service clientèle zéro et alors ça vous donne un numéro de téléphone pour un service ou on ne vous répond jamais à quoi sert il du coup ? Et aussi certaines personnes de leur personnel se montrent grossiers et insultant. Très bien d'enregistrer vos conversations téléphonique n'oubliez pas de les réécouter pour comprendre votre incapacité et corriger votre politesse !!!! I would have put no star but we don't know! So, inhuman not understandable at all zero customer service and then that gives you a phone number for a service where you are never answered what is it for? And also some of their staff are rude and insulting. Very good to record your telephone conversations do not forget to listen to them again to understand your incapacity and correct your politeness !!!!

Une bonne banque de discrimination :) Not friendly to foreigners, even with a one-year job with an above average salary at a large corporation and still been rejected for a credit card application for no reason. A good discrimination bank :)

Le process a pris des semaines avec des demandes de documents qui n'en finissaient pas... Tout ça pour que ce soit soldé par un refus sans aucune justification. BEOBANK, une banque à fuir pour vos demandes de crédits immobiliers. I contacted beobank for a mortgage loan. The advisor clearly did not master her subject ... The process took weeks with endless requests for documents ... All this so that it ended in a refusal without any justification. BEOBANK, a bank to avoid for your mortgage applications.
