Marleen & Koen are amazing hosts that welcome you into their charming, comfortable home. Very well decorated, clean, and a cozy place to call a temporary home. It is located in a great area, close everything you would want to see and do. They provide an amazing home-cooked breakfast and warm hospitality for a very reasonable fee. I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Antwerp.

Central located B&B in classic building offers great value for money N51°12′31″ E4°24′19″ This B&B is located in the Harmonie-quarter of Antwerp. We walked in 15-minutes to the historic city centre and the museums in ‘t Zuid-quarter. Within 5-minutes, you will find good restaurants. The B&B is behind the old court of justice on the Britselei with many public transport options. The B&B offers private parking in a secluded parking lot for €10 a day. Their excellent website is full of useful information, tips and links. This B&B has four rooms for a total of 12 guests, a city apartment on the second floor (3F) and two studios for long term renting on the top floor. Many guests are regular visitors for the theatre season and other events in Antwerp and the B&B is not dependend on online travel agencies for bookings. Reviewers rated this B&B on TripAdivisor as excellent. It is a member of the guild (gilde) of guest rooms (gastenkamers) in Antwerp, with a good selection of accommodations on their site and initiatives to keep the costs down and stay independent of online travel agencies. We contacted the B&B via email and booked the room directly. We paid €100 per night in July 2020, including private parking. The building itself is from 1880 and received its luxury interior around 1910. From basement to roof, it has five levels. A kitchenette with coffee and tea and a refrigerator is located between the first and second floor. In July of 2020, our room Sissi on the first floor (2F) was probably the most beautiful room of the whole house. This is olive green and pink stucco room has a 4-meter-high ceiling, crystal chandelier, gilded framed mirrors and street view. We like to sleep with a small window open and street noise from the Justitiestraat was no problem. The room was clean and maintained, the double bed slept well and shower was great. Wi-Fi-reception was good. The owners, Koen and Marleen, prepared a luxurious breakfast between 9-10.15am with eggs, juice, salad, croissants, bread, coffee, tea and milk and cereal. A healthy and nutritious start of the day. We loved the classic style of this B&B, the hospitality of the owners, a good night’s sleep and the luxury breakfast. The B&B offers great value for money. Highly recommended.

We stayed two nights recently at Bed, Bad en Brood in Antwerp and just loved the place, and the city! The various beautiful, tastefully furnished, spacious rooms are in an elegant, historic building, located very conveniently to the station and the city centre, as well as to lots of great shops and restaurants. The hosts, Koen and Marleen, are charming and helpful, great with recommendations. They serve a delicious, inventive breakfast in the downstairs common area each morning. There is also a kitchenette available for coffee and snacks. Bed, Bad en Brood perfectly captures the stylish and friendly nature of this lovely city.
