L	Lance S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location, on walking distance to both the city center and Zuid. Very nice view of Neptune and great atmosphere outside. Decent room with kitchenette, modern and clean bathroom. Furniture could be cleaner.
C	Charles Koener on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst nights I have spent in a Hotel. They have 2 suites per floor that are separated by a common (locked) door, which has the thickness of cardboard. Our friends had the great chance to share the floor with EXTREMELY loud neighbors who enjoyed yelling in the staircase and their room during the entire night. I could hear them up to the last floor, now imagine having them next to you in a room. A call at the reception did not really solve the problem. The suits are 10 min away by foot from the city center. The rooms are well arranged, staff are very kind. Good breakfast but not included.

However : we were on the fourth floor: not too noisy but no elevator... Carry your bag to the 4th floor etc. If you are on The 1st floor no elevator problem but must be so noisy. Lacking some basics: shampoo; hair dryer etc. But still it was ok.
M	Maximilian Santner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great hotel, located in a nice area not too far from the center and with good restaurants and bars close by. The rooms are big (had the chance to see three of them because we traveled as a group) and well furnished. I can totally recommend this place.

A	Alexander Koolen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's in walking distance to the Antwerp shopping center and there are plenty of restaurants close by that serve good food. The studios themselfs left a lot to be desired. A lot of items in the room were broken, it was very poorly cleaned and the walls on some parts of the room were ready to crumble. The hot water in the shower runs out, the building is not fire safe and I also wouldn't want to use the outlets in the bathroom for fear of getting electrocuted. The great number of bugs splattered against the walls should have been a sign to us as the room had a clear bug problem (mostly mosquitos) that kept waking us during the night. When we booked this "hotel" online it also didn't say anywhere that there is no elevator. Have fun walking up the tiny stairs when you've been drinking. The asking price for the room was not worth what I got for it. My recommendation is to avoid this hotel if you expect any quality for your money. The food is good though would recommend them for that and the personal that we talked to was friendly. Just don't sleep there.
M	Mister E Bean on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely studios in a great location. Bob was very welcoming and friendly and helpful. They're in a gorgeous building and are lovely rooms. The rooms could do with a little updating but nothing major. The location is perfect. Would definitely stay again.
Y	Yanou Ramon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love THE SOUL's (golden chai) lattes ☕️ & the homemade banana bread. Great place to start the day before work, or have a chill morning on weekends with friends. The owner, Bob, is the greatest barista in town.
