On Friday 5 June evening I went to them personally at Schuman and they said they couldn't help me because the internet was broken. The internet has been broken for several months and management knows. Will have to change gyms, too bad.
C	Cristina Luca on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely horrible! We got a monthly subscription in February, in march Corona stroke and we couldn't go. We had a Couple subscription of 20euro/month. In march, we called them and tried to cancel, they said that there will be no fee during these months. We are now in June and we have paid more than 200euros. When you go to their website, you can choose 3 languages NL, FR, EN. But the customer service page is only in NL. they tell you the following "contact the helpdesk for help in English." --- but when you click on the helpdesk, it takes you to a log in page in NL. when you manage to find the number and you call, the first thing you hear is a welcome message in english, but then, you never have any english option afterwards. And even if you manage to get in contact, they send you online, on your own account to make a complaint. I think they deserve a bigger/ class action complaint with EU institutions.

J	Joona Turtiainen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The gym has a prison-like rotating gate due to 24h openings during the week. Too bad none of the Basic Fits are open after 16.00 in the weekends. The machines are in good shape and they are many - perhaps too many for the space. There is only one power rack, only one bench press and no pull-up bar - doing basic exercises in rush hours in not working. Instead there is a machine for every little muscle group. The locker room has lockers too narrow for any bag, you only get hot water in the shower and there is nowhere to land your shower gel while in there. Replace a few specialty machines with basic stuff (as in the name!) and give a little practical attention to details -> get four stars from me. It is cheap though.

B	Brit Abroad on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor service, shabby equipment. Dim lighting. Rude uncivilised middle aged man at reception who has no idea how to use any equipment. Clearly doesn't enjoy being at work so why not put him out of his misery. Lockers available but you have to pay for a padlock yourself! One would think being in Schuman providing security to your clients would be a priority, not here. Young male staff was very helpful and clearly should be the manager here. Place needs livening up. For €20/month service is v. poor. If it wasn't for location, I would be going elsewhere.
