Expliquant le problème le commerçant m'a crié dessus et m'a traité de menteuse... comme quoi la montre n'avait jamas fonctionné. Insultesn cris et montre en panne... je ne recommande pas du tout si vous tenez à vos montres. I brought a watch that needed a little adjustment (alignment of the hands), I left 3 weeks later with a broken watch. Explaining the problem the shopkeeper yelled at me and called me a liar ... like the watch had never worked. Insultsn screams and watch out of order ... I don't recommend at all if you value your watches.

Lors de mon achat, j ai également pris le temps de parler d un souci que j avais avec une montre à moi. Le temps de faire un aller retour dans le quartier bailli le problème était résolu : bracelet réparé et pile changée, le tout pour 10euros. Un commerçant très aimable et souriant. Y	Yana Maneva on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We gave a Wenger watch for repair in this store more than a month ago and the watch is nowhere to be found (supposedly somewhere on the way back from Switzerland to Belgium, but there is no track of it and no way for us to know its location). Initially they told us that it will take 1 or 2 weeks and now it has been approximately 5 weeks. Meanwhile I have called several times to ask for the status of the watch and the owner kept on postponing the pick-up date with 1 or 2 weeks each time I call. On a separate note, the staff speaks only French and is easily losing temper when I ask for more information.
