Hall of time is one of the best place I know regarding watches. Already bought 3 in this amazing place. They treat you with the same respect if you come for a 1k€ watch as for a 20k€ one. Good services. I definitely recommend it warmly!

One of the worst costumer care experiences I ever had, especially considering we are dealing with luxury watches. Even though they are officially licensed by Rolex to take care of “maintenances and repairs” of this brand watches, they make you feel from the first rendezvous that they are bored of taking care of this task. They may receive lower commissions on repairs than on the proper sale of a watch, however this should not stimulate an unprofessional attitude. To sum up, I went back and forth to their store 4 times for repairs and buying a new bracelet. Every single time issues weren’t solved effectively and the responsibility of the residual problems was put on the mother brand (in this case Rolex). Instead of proposing immediate solutions, a new long and exhausting email exchange had to take place, between them and the mother brand (with me in cc). The fifth time, I decided to retrieve both the watch and bracelet from their store and go directly to the only official Rolex Costumer Care service in Brussels. Paying them a visit once solved all the remaining issues as they truly serve their clients fulfilling the Rolex quality and customer care standards (as described on their website). After this despicable experience, I would never advise someone to buy a watch from this reseller.

Not a place I will recommend to go to. Why?? the staff is not friendly at all. We had bad experience even when we are ready to buy. I have called and went to the shop the day before to have a look at the watches. As I could not decide I put the decision to buy on hold. The sales person took my phone number and details of the watches of my interest and asked me to let other staff know when i come back that those are the models and watches I am interested. On Saturday at 18.15 (shop close at 18.30) we arrived ready to buy. However when we are in, they give unfriendly greeting followed by remarks that he doesn't know what we are talking about, he dont have the watches (was there day before) reluctant to check, that they have only few minutes to make the invoices. After insisting he found the watches we wanted. We swallowed the remarks and proceed in asking the final price but the sentence coming out of the sales person further making us feel uncomfortable to almost furious, 'do we have to go through that again? We only have a few minutes.' I was shocked!! We as customer buying a few thousands euros cant know our final price and just pay???? Reluctantly he took his calculator out and gave us the final price. Then further onto the tax refund as my family are entitled to it, we were told the wrong information as what was told by another sales person another day before. While trying to rectify it, he answer us in a way that was rude. That was the last straw. We maintain our cool and decided not to buy from the this very rude shop and walk out of the shop. Totally not an experience that I would like for my family. I am so ashamed that I brought them there. I will for sure not come back. We ended up going to another shop and bought 3 watches we wanted and received the best service. This shop knows little of tax refund while the other provide us with the right information and gave us all necessary documents to be presented to the custom and that went well. For the luxury brands that you carry you should be ashamed with your level of service.

We visited Hall of Time a couple of times before we purchased a beautiful Rolex at this store. Exceptional knowledge and very helpful ! Highly recommended! Thank you very much Nicolas!

A great shop with great people. I had a great experience with Jacques Rikir. He is a great lover of Rolex and definitely know his watches and shares that passion. Would recommend you this shop anytime.
