FRANKLY SHE WELCOMES ME WITHOUT HELLO OR SMILE..I HIM SAY THAT I AM THERE TO RECOVER MY ORDER SHE ANSWERS ME ... YES AND THEN ... SHE REPEATED IT 2 OR 3 TIMES I HAD SHAME IN HER PLACE?? IT'S PCQ I AM SAILED I HERE COMORED THIS DESPICIOUS LOOK RACIST !!! I WANTED TO REMIND HIM THE IMPORTANCE OF WELCOMING FOR THE GOOD CONDUCT OF THE SALE AND TO BUILD CUSTOMER LOYALTY AS I AM A GRADUATE IN BUSINESS MANAGEMENT BAC + 4 !! MADAME WE CANNOT STUFF HIS DIPLOMA ON THE FRONT AND GO OUT WITH PR TO HAVE RESPECT FOR PEOPLE LIKE YOU .... NEVER DEPUT THE VEILS THAT YOU THINK THEY ARE IGNORING ... J'ai trouvé ce que je voulais.
Employé super sympa et chaleureux. Il m a vu prendre des panneaux et il s est proposé de me les enrouler avec des élastiques. Il l' a fait tellement délicatement que le minimum que je puisse faire était de mettre 5 étoiles à votre magasin.
Bravo et merci pour votre présence !
I went to Ava Molenbeek yesterday and it was a positive experience for me.
I found what I wanted.
Super nice and warm employee. He saw me take some panels and he offered to wind them up with rubber bands. He did it so delicately that the minimum I could do was put your store 5 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ bonjour ,je suis venu dans votre magasin je pense le 23 décembre, votre magasin est particulièrement bien achalander, vraiment beaucoup de choix ,je remercie particulièrement la vendeuse dénommer Cindy, qui a pris du temp pour me montre et m expliquer les différents produits, MALGREZ LE MONDE QUI L INTERPELLAIT TOUTES LES 5 MINUTES ,elles c est rendue disponible pour tous et toutes et je precise avec gentillesse et sourire que l ons voyait dans ses yeux, ,bravo ,je l ai retrouver 10 minutes après elle était aux caisses toujours aussi aimable j
en ai profiter pour encore la remercier ,je ne sais pas si tout vos vendeurs et vendeuses sont aussi disponible ,petit bémol je n ai vu que deux vendeuses pour tout les rayon et cela pendant les 45min que je suis rester acheter dans votre magasin, la gentille Cindy et l autre dame qui était toujours sur son gsm il faudrait plus de vendeuses comme elle ,en tout les cas je reviendrai. Je suis tombé sur une vendeuse avec un tatouage sur le doigt. Très gentille et très serviable. Elle m'a bien aidé à trouver ce que je recherchais.
Si ses collègues pouvaient prendre exemple sur elle. Comme déjà garder leurs gsm dans leurs poches.
