★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just got ripped off. I asked for a service (isolation coat of my engine) which I was told it costed 25 euro. I was charged 45 euro. They sold me a anti 'marten system' and I paid 18 euro only for a so-called "service" consisting, of installing the lil cable sold by them.

If something is wrong with your order / you need more specific information after a purchase you do have to push the salespeople a bit before they actually help you (as they tried sending me away without really helping at first), sad to see after placing a 5 star review but at least I'm now able to provide a more accurate review.
They sold me a stick to patch up a scratch, came back to complain the color didn't match. Employee told me you literally couldn't fix the scratch with a pen and didn't give me a refund on the pen as it was opened.
