★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited Burger King Bilzen on the evening of Monday 14th September. I ordered 2 burgers from the self-service screen inside. Whilst I waited for my order to be made I made a trip to the toilets. What awaited me was disgusting especially in these times of SARS-CoV-2. There were used hand paper towels sitting on the wash-hand basin, the mirror was smeared with something I have no clue what it was and the rubbish bin was overflowing. I took photos and will post online to show the lack of hygiene this company is showing in these difficult times!

The fries are awesome, especially the one with onion/bacon. There are a lot of options to choose from.

I didn't get 1 burger and 1 fried chicken for a total of 10€. And I wouldn't drive for get the correct things back just feel not good about happened. I Would like the staff to check the correctness of the amount of the products in the bag before giving to the customer ..

The fries and burgers have improved since they first opened.
Service was good and fast
The place is clean and very modern. There's a playground for kids!
Drink machine is a big plus as it's very modern instead of the old school machines the quick used to have.
The toilets are upstairs so if you can't traverse stairs I suggest going to the toilet in advance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The drive through was half as long as the McDonald's across the street and the food just as great. They now serve an amazing selection of vegetarian options thanks to de Vegetarische Slager. This alone will make us choose Burger King over McD in the future.
