★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Als ik zou kunnen zou de 1ster nog niet is nog teveel . Auto verbeurd verklaard al 6maanden geleden . Maar blijven maar rekeningen opsturen en soms halen ze ook geld van mijn rekening. Als je mailt of belt is of komt het altijd in orde juist niets van . Raad de mensen aan doe het nooit hier een auto leasen
 If I could the 1 star would still not be too much . Car forfeited already 6 months ago . But keep sending bills and sometimes they also take money from my account. If you e-mail or call it is or will always be okay. Recommend the people never lease a car here

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We wachten al 2 jaar op een terugbetaling van ons km’s, ontelbare keren gebeld en worden van kastje naar muurtje gestuurd. Vorig jaar een ongeluk gehad waarbij een andere bestuurder nie wou wachten achter ons en zich tussen ons eefd geschoten en daarbij tegen ons voorwiel gereden is. Arval heeft ons automatisch schuldig bevonden omdat ze ons geschrift niet konden lezen.... Dit ook pas te weten gekomen na ontelbare telefoontjes. Ondertussen had Arval ons echter wel aangeraden om een nieuwe velg te steken wegens een miniem krabbetje die zichtbaar was van het ongeluk. Op 1 maart hebben ze hiervoor €875,88 afgehouden desondanks wij nog steeds geen papieren/mails ontvangen hebben. Via telefoon werd gezegd dat dit niet in rekening ging gebracht worden. Laat ik jullie nogmaals herinneren dat jullie contractbreuk plegen en wij verdere stappen ondernomen hebben. Ook wachten wij op de nog vele beloofde telefoontjes en brieven die we van jullie gingen krijgen.
We have been waiting for 2 years for a refund of our kms, called countless times and are sent from cupboard to wall. Had an accident last year where another driver did not want to wait behind us and shot himself between us and hit our front wheel. Arval automatically found us guilty because they couldn't read our writing.... Also only found out after countless phone calls. In the meantime, however, Arval had advised us to put on a new rim because of a tiny scratch that was visible from the accident. On March 1, they withheld €875.88 for this despite we still have not received any papers/mails. Was told over the phone that this would not be charged. Let me remind you again that you are in breach of contract and we have taken further steps. We are also waiting for the many promised phone calls and letters that we were going to receive from you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience with this service (no follow up, once the contract is done they don't do their job, waste my time because they don't do their administrative work…). don't sign leasing with them.
It's just a bank who employed low salary and the quality is too bad. DON'T GO WITH THEM!!!!! Return of experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non working app, paying admin costs for a penalty which couldn't be viewed via the arval app. Easy earning money without offering the needed services. And please to all employe's of Arval writing a review, helping getting the review stars up, seems it doesn't help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worked with those guys for company cars.
For some reason, they offered an expensive, dirty (diesel, high CO2) Kia Sportage instead of hybrid Ford Kuga (even i got an offer from garage at -4000 euro cheaper than Sportage with lower CO2) or Toyota hybrid Rav4 (also lower price).
(Kuga & Rav4 are thus put in category2 of company, so the budget is higher).
Obvious bias for Kia (got some reward?) and higher category (for higher price). Stay away if possible

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I rented a company car with them, good car but service is super slow. I needed to maintain the car, so I called them after a moth I still was not able to go and let the car be maintained, now I am over 2000 km past due, I asked them a couple of times, it seemed that they have forgotten it.
