 This bank branch is not closed at all (I just joined this branch) and they offer very personal and targeted service so far!

Happy to find another bank where you get to see someone who knows their job and you don't have to wait a week for an appointment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service here is abominable. They brush you off as much as they can and give misinformation. Asking a simple question can be a daunting ordeal that takes a month to get an answer to. You get no response, they don't take up simple tasks and they make you work hard to get anything done, no matter how simple the task.
