★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They did a double booking by accident and canceled me last min. This after a long travel. I do not recommand this place seems as soon as it gets "sunny" they will just give up your spot to their regulars. Really unprofessional.

At first everything was ok but when we were leaving one of our friend was late for 10 min because there was not so much space for 11 people to dressed up.
The receptionist was not friendly and asked us 15 euros because we were late. I am totally ok with this policy but not the attitude.
This place is for relaxing and the customer relation should be more friendly. Because we were positive to come back here but this attitude change our mind.
Note: The swimming pool was not functional for 15 minutes as well, but we didn't make a big deal and didn't ask to reduce the price.
