★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Triste esperienza : asciugamani da bagno sporchi intrisi di capelli e di peli pubici. Suite che avrebbe potuto essere bella ed elegante ma che è sporca cn poche pentole . Per italiani abituati alla pulizia è stato veramente deludente. La casa nn ha zanzariere e noi che avevamo l 'appartamento a piano terra nn abbiamo potuto mai aprire le finestre per fare arieggiare xché entravano ogni sorta di insetti. Infatti le pareti e le tende sn piene di zanzare spiaccicate. Nn sceglierlo tra le strutture disponibili.
 Sad experience: dirty bath towels soaked in hair and pubic hair. Suite that could have been nice and elegant but that is dirty with a few pots. For Italians accustomed to cleaning it was really disappointing. Nn The house has mosquito nets and we we had the 'ground floor apartment nn we could not open the windows to ventilate xche entered all sorts of insects. In fact, the walls and curtains sn full of smashed mosquitoes. Nn choose it among the available structures.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ugly décor, too little space to really cook anything, and knives etc really useless. Also no basic cleaning equipment, like a brush, means the place gets dirty pretty quickly. Good central location, and very warm.

1) Loud Music by Neighbours
2) Cleaning once a week ..
3) No Sound Proof.. if some one walks we can hear them
4) Kitchen is small
5) Unable to reach customer service
6) Mosquitos everywhere

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WORST GUEST HOUSE/FLAT EVER!
First off when i walked into this flat, there was a fly on my BROTHERS bedroom lamp and it SAID that this flat has been checked before our arrival. SECOND OF ALL, the corridor lights stopped working after the first night we slept here, THIRD OF ALL the radiator just stopped working and we had to sleeping in cold conditions and they didn’t do anything about it. FOURTH OF ALL there is no FAN or WINDOW in the bathroom so the bath tends to steams up very quickly that caused us a big problem FIFTH OF ALL i went into the toilet and there was a BUG crawling out of the floor and other 2 from WALLS. SIXTH OF ALL the lights are very bad here i know there is a lamp in the bedrooms BUT IT BECOMES PITCH BLACK WHEN YOU TURN THEM OFF. you barely cant see a thing anymore and still, no windows SEVENTH OF ALL there is always loud neighbors and it said loud noise curfew is from 6am-10pm (i posted this by 11pm)you need to sort out this place fast before i do. So if you see this hotel CHECK THE REVIEWS FIRST BEFORE YOU COME HERE. and one and final key word NEVER COME HERE
