Condo Gardens Leuven

Rooms could be bigger, the fridge in my room won't close, I had to put a chair next to the fridge so the door stays closed, the Wi-Fi is unusable, very poor. Other than that, it's quiet. I don't recommend this place to others.

My unit was comfortable enough for single person. There is small kitchenette with basuc utilities. Toilet and shower attached to the studio. There is grocer, chinese restaurant and coin laundry at the road behind of this hotel.

The price is 'cheap' for the region, but the quality is even cheaper. The room was not clean. I did not fit in the shower, my head was touching the ceiling, and I am not particularly tall. They gave me one very small horrible towel which looked older than me, and I am not particularly young.

Don’t book this. We paid more than 70€/night for an old little studio/apartment that needed a proper cleaning. We found what looked like pubic hairs on the floor and lots of dust underneath our beds. The dirty bathroom had some spider webs. Additionally, we paid 12,50/day for parking - the garage is so horribly designed that every customer has trouble parking his car without scratching the wooden pillars that separate the lots. Owner was friendly during the stay, but as we checked out and came back later for our car, he refused to give quick access to one of his toilets. Only good thing is the location, really.

The room I got was totally old, and I paid more than 90€ per night. The bathroom screen was falling apart and there were spiders on the walls. I guess they have renovated some rooms (the ones that appear in the photos that they show) and but they have really old rooms from like the 80s, which are a total rip-off. Just make sure you get a new one. The garden is nice, the place is quiet and the people working there are friendly.

Worst hotel experience of my life. The room is dirty, the smell of it is horrible. The bedsheets were cleary not fresh ones, there where visible dirt marks on them. There is no words for the bathroom condition, mold, public hairs, spider webs everywhere. There was no recepcionist, and I have not received an acces code from the hotel for the key holder safe. Definitely not recommend to stay here.

Worst experience ever. Booked it for 2 nights. Dropped our bags and had to leave directly for another appointment. When we came back at the end of the evening we saw the poor maintenance and cleaning. Packed our bags and moved to a hotel which could help us out (after 23h). Next morning shot some photos of the appartments which are certaintly not fit to be rented out. After calling the assistance we handed in the Keys before check in time. Ultimately, only received back our rent for 1 night, not even stayed there. Explanation was that it could not be rented out for that Day (ofcourse not true because keys were handed in before check in time). Conclusion: zero understanding and in short they just scam people with renting out these dangerous ruins. Be warned and do not book with BE.housing ever!

This is a Front for Another business, Not a hotel: Ongoing issues with electrical safety, hygiene, wifi & service. 1) Electric cooker spark outage twice in 2 days until recognized as faulty and replaced. Upgraded to "executive suite" as a "solution". 2) Room not clean upon arrival. Twice. Even when "upgraded". No place to put garbage in new room. Found waste from previous guest tossed under the bed. Floors had food and hair souvenirs. Shower clogged & flooding. Toilet didn't flush for 6 days. Smell of cigarettes/weed inside the room from guests smoking inside next-door. 3) Wifi weak in first room, and entirely worse...unable to connect in "executive suite". Not fixed until 48 hour later. Customer Service & Management? As weak & disconnected as the wifi. No clue or empathy for what the guest experience is like. Refund Rights? Zero-refund? As hard as the mattress: Was told refund would be "impossible, even if we breech our contractual obligations for providing wifi, sleep, safety, hygiene". They get you to stay longer by bandaging issues. As you'll only be refunded for nights not-stayed. Finally refunded for nights not stayed there, but had to really put forward photo evidence of all the ongoing issues for this. Unfortunately, Condo Gardens/ BE.Housing.be must be a cover-up for another business as their guests are not their priority. Where is the energy, attention and effort of the owners REALLY going to?
