★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Très bonne expérience de départ avec mon véhicule. J'ai trouvé l'expertise cohérente par rapport aux petits dégâts occasionnés lors de la restitution du véhicule. Par contre très déçue par la fin de parcours avec cette société. Il y'a eu double facturation sur une mensualité que la société n'accepte pas de remboursé. Plusieurs motifs différents énoncés par téléphone et par courriel qui pousse à douter du sérieux de l'entreprise. On nous avait promis un remboursement par téléphone et on finit par nous dire que ce sont des frais supplémentaires?! Heureusement qu'il ne s'agit que de petites mensualités! Prévoyez de ce fait un budget "surprise" ...
 Very good starting experience with my vehicle. I found the expertise consistent with the small damage caused during the return of the vehicle. On the other hand, very disappointed by the end of the journey with this company. There was double invoicing on a monthly payment that the company does not accept to be reimbursed. Several different reasons stated by phone and by email which raises doubts about the seriousness of the company. We had been promised a refund over the phone and ended up telling us that these are additional charges ?! Fortunately, these are only small monthly payments! Plan for a "surprise" budget ...
