β β β β β Levering van ikea op verdieping. Een schande dat Ikea met dit bedrijf samenwerkt! De medewerkerkers konden geen Nederlands, beschadigden mijn voordeur meermaals. Als ik hier iets van zei, zeiden ze "insurance, it's OK". En zaten vervolgens opnieuw tegen mijn voordeur. Daarnaast wisten ze niet eens hoe ze pakketten naar boven moesten brengen zonder de muren te beschadigen. Ik moest het hen als zwangere vrouw nog voordoen. Echt incompetente werknemers! Ik hoop dat het schadegeval correct wordt afgehandeld want dit is allesbehalve reclame, zowel voor de VPD als voor Ikea die hiermee samenwerkt.
Delivery from ikea on the floor. A shame that Ikea is working with this company! The co-workers couldn't speak Dutch, damaged my front door several times. When I said something about this, they said "insurance, it's OK". And then sat against my front door again. Besides, they didn't even know how to bring packages up without damaging the walls. I had yet to show it to them as a pregnant woman. Really incompetent employees! I hope that the claim is handled correctly because this is anything but advertising, both for the VPD and for Ikea that cooperates with it.

β β β β β By far the worst experience I've had with a delivery service. We were supposed to receive a table, so we arranged for a day that both my partner and I could be in the house to be able to put it upstairs (so we asked the day to work from home). We waited all day and last minute they said we weren't home (even though we were). We tried to call and after waiting on the line for over 30min we gave up and sent an email. Then they rescheduled for three days later, they also didn't show and when we called they said they would come first thing in the morning of the following Monday. No apology for having us waiting, no explanation either. On Monday we called, TWICE to make sure everything was in order. They didn't come in the morning, we called again they said they would come between 16-17. They didn't show up, when we called (AGAIN!) they said they had LOST our package. Just like that, no explanation, no alternative. That they would get back to us when (IF) they find it. To sum it up, they made us lose 3 entire days waiting for them and a table.

β β β β β Very very bad experience. They didn't bring the furniture to the second floor and I've paid for it. I'm also 6 months pregnant and they didn't care. Never had such a bad experience with a carrier.
The client service wrote below this post telling me to write them and explain the situation, and I did, but they didn't answered, they just wanted to show that they take care of the clients but it's not true. WORST SERVICE EVER.
