A star is very much for these people and the way they work there. Unfortunately they are paid by Albanian taxpayers and do nothing. They behave as if they have their father's property. These people have to leave ... hope and believe that Mr. Cakaj will reform the consular system.

I went there to apply for a right of passage and in the embassy where my parents were born, I was made to wait an hour and a half while the people at the reception were having their coffee. I called several times but never got an answer. The staff are lousy and incompetent.

To be fair when I wanted a passport application I read the comments here I was a little scared. The two concubine girls and the girl took photo honors to help them immensely. It really does not open in the wire but they say no open in the office do not show at the office only two people need to open the wire even with Receive passport application if you need any explanation send mail to get a straight answer. Once again the respected girls do a great job and help me come to Ireland my application requirements are over 10 minutes

The consular service is terribly scandalous !!! I did not manage to contact you once and I got the answer .... get the Italian consulate in seconds to answer and give you any info !!! Shame on the Albanian consulate

I find it very difficult to say what I really have to say, what I noticed when I arrived at the embassy. First of all, there is not enough environment to cope with such a daily influx. Waiting outside on the street is inevitable, but even in the embassy you will wait and sit where you can because the environment is very limited and the staff is small in number, which makes quality service impossible !! I was very irritated because no one answers on the phone, but when I got there I saw that they really do not succeed !! The same employee who makes the applications, deals with the reception and systematization, clarifying people. (Many times unnecessary, because Not everyone who arrives for different procedures is correctly informed.) Get the right information before you arrive at the embassy for different procedures. Information is enough for any kind of procedure for all those who know how to open the embassy website. Don't wait for them to give you advice over the phone! Cooperation and mutual understanding affect the quality of service that we as citizens seek to provide, but we do not want to know about the unnecessary difficulties that we create in those employees! Offer the quality you expect and everything will be different !! The only thing I would ask for more courtesy of employees is to give priority to mothers with children in order to avoid waiting as much for them. Success in your work!

Unbelievable impossible to get them on the phone. Unreachable a line supposedly occupying it's been 1 week that I call 30 times a day no answer. Whether it is in our country and even abroad we remain the same hoping that this will not be the case in 100 years
