★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The handhaving ambtenaar manufactured evidence to use against me in our hearing while representing the Inburgering office Hasselt. I informed him that I had taken photographs of the original documents that were destroyed by the Inburgering office Hasselt.
The HHA did not remove his "manufactured" document from my file and instead sanctioned me with a large fine.
My experience here was so bad I moved my file away from Limburg to Brussels. Even though my file had moved from Limburg the handhaving ambtenaar continued to pursue me and had to be reminded by my legal team that criminal charges would be filed against him personally for harassment should he continue to pursue me.
The matter is now before the courts...
