★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I requested a number plate change after having bought a new car and selling the old one. I called on Monday and the person on the phone asked me to send a copy of my new plate registration. He said the change would be immediate and that he would confirm it by email. Four days later and 3 reminder emails, and I haven't heard a thing back. I've also been trying to contact them by phone for 3 days and nobody is picking up the phone. What a rubbish service!!

Emails are ignored.
The system of renewing a card is horrible and you never succeed.
They want you to pay the fine within 5 days, however you get a notification only 2 weeks later.
I got into a trouble of 500 eur because of their stupid system.
I have a feeling the everything was created by a person having dementia.
