misschien hierover eens een vorming organiseren?
 one of the many companies where you cannot find your claim without a reference number. so neither with your name nor with other info.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Creaturen zoals Wittenbol Danny, lezen enkel wat hun uitkomt. Oppassen. Beter niet meer verzekeren en geld zelf voor jezelf opzijleggen. Je wordt behandeld als crimineel, terwijl je eigenlijk al lang de schade voorafbetaald hebt. Hoe zou het toch komen dat verzekering opgelicht worden.....
Creatures such as Wittenbol Danny only read what suits them. Watch out. Better no more insurance and put money aside for yourself. You are treated as a criminal, even though you have already prepaid the damage for a long time. How could it be that insurance is defrauded .....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik wacht al 4 jaar op een vergoeding van een ongeval waarbij ik niet in fout was. Ik gun de werknemers van AG of hun familieleden dezelfde miserie als ze, hopelijk ook eens, zoiets meemaken
I have been waiting for 4 years for compensation for an accident where I was not at fault. I wish the employees of AG or their family members the same misery if they, hopefully one day, experience something like this

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very late reply on emails, and also not replying after a month. I called and emailed several times to find out the problem but if you don't insist they will not care about your problem. They answered phones and emails very polite and respectful. (This comment is based on my one year experience and one claim for 150€ compensation).
