M	Michel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zaakvoerder heeft ooit in 2007 mijn hypotheek geregeld op een ander kantoor, contact is na jaren wat verwaterd, maar na al die jaren mocht ik nog steeds dezelfde vriendelijke, hartelijke en behulpzame persoon ervaren van toen, het moment dat ik weer contact opnam met de heer Koning. Business manager once arranged my mortgage at another office in 2007, contact has watered down after years, but after all these years I was still able to experience the same friendly, cordial and helpful person back then, the moment I contacted Mr. King.

J	Jay Kay on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had an absolutely awful experience with the woman who claims to "work" at this bank. Easily the most unhelpful and useless employee I have ever encountered. I arrived, rang the bell three times before I knew it was broken only to be told to use the machine. After using the machine, I clearly needed some help to fully activate my account and requested help from this lady. It's as if I was not meant to be there or as if I shouldn't need any help from someone who claims to be an employee. The most frustrating experience ever, so much so I am going to change my branch. I hope this woman receives training on how to treat a customer. TL;DR You better know what you're doing at this branch because one of the employees obviously hasn't a clue.
