Contact par mail avec le service après vente, desuite j'ai été contacté personnellement par téléphone afin de me proposer un installateur dans ma région et me trouver une solution. 2 jours plus tard tout était installé. Franchement un service après vente comme celui-là de nos jours est plus que rare ! Je recommande à 100 % Top...! Online purchase by me. After receiving the hitch I did not feel attacked for an installation by myself. Contact by email with the after-sales service, then I was contacted personally by phone to suggest an installer in my region and find a solution. 2 days later everything was installed. Frankly an after sales service like this these days is more than rare! I recommend 100% Top ...!

C'était complet, c'est sure! mon garagiste a monter l'attelage avec moi, ça tient c'est, et monter, çest globalement de bonne qualité! Cependant lors du montage j'ai du faire face a un problème assez important! la qualité des 2 filets de la structure principale était malheureusement mauvaise mes vis ne rentrait pas du tout! j'ai du prendre mon temps a bien limer, au final ça a passer mais c'était vraiment limite, ont a meme hésiter a souder cette fameuse partie ou le filet n'était pas du tout propre a l'interieur Mis a part cela l’installation c'est bien passée, je me permet juste d'ajouter que le manuel n'est pas vraiment clair, pas numérotée, c'est très très fouillis !L’installation est loin d'etre simple It's not expensive that's for sure! It was full, that's for sure! my mechanic has to assemble the team with me, it holds it is, and to assemble, it is overall of good quality! However during the assembly I had to face a rather important problem! the quality of the 2 threads of the main structure was unfortunately bad my screws did not fit at all! I had to take my time to file well, in the end it was okay but it was really limited, even have to hesitate to weld this famous part where the net was not at all clean inside Aside from that, the installation went well, I would just like to add that the manual is not really clear, not numbered, it is very, very messy! The installation is far from simple
