★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Een ronduit triestige ervaring, waarbij we ons danig bedrogen voelen. De naam WEG restaurant waardig..want inderdaad, zo jaag je je de klanten weg! Slecht eten, zure soep, opgewarmd eten van de middagshift, geen organisatie, lauwe frieten,.. de ideale anti-reclame. Carestel Groot Bijgaarden... neen, dat is niet juist!
A downright sad experience, in which we feel thoroughly cheated. Worthy of the name WEG restaurant .. because indeed, that's how you scare the customers away! Bad food, sour soup, heated food from the afternoon shift, no organization, lukewarm fries, .. the ideal anti-advertising. Carestel Groot Bijgaarden ... no, that's not right!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unser Sohn wollte die bestellte Pizza sowohl mit Bargeld als auch den dort erhaltenen Toilettenbons bezahlen. Dies wurde ignoriert und auf Nachfrage von uns Erwachsenen mit zwei verschiedenen Behauptungen bestätigt. 1. Behauptung: Zuerst müssen die Bons übergeben werden, dann das Geld. 2. Behauptung: Bei Pizza-Hut sei dies nicht möglich. Allerdings haben wir eine vorherige Bestellung bei einer anderen Bedienung von Pizza-Hut mit Bons bezahlen können.
Auch der diensthabende Chef rückte nicht von dieser kundenfernen Haltung ab.
Sehr schade, da es ein schönes Rastplatzgebäude ist, aber es gibt auf dieser Strecke glücklicherweise noch viele weitere gut ausgestattete Rastplätze mit sicherlich besserem Service.
Our son wanted to pay for the pizza ordered in cash as well as the toilet vouchers received there. This was ignored and, when asked by us adults, was confirmed with two different claims. 1. Claim: First the receipts have to be handed over, then the money. 2. Claim: This is not possible with Pizza-Hut. However, we were able to pay for a previous order at another Pizza Hut service with receipts.
Even the boss on duty did not move away from this attitude away from the customer.
It's a shame because it's a nice rest stop building, but luckily there are many more well-equipped rest stops on this route with certainly better service.
