Il est venu faire un devis en décembre, s’est engagé à venir et n’a plus jamais donné de nouvelles malgré mes appels et mes mails. Il n’a répondu que quand j’ai fait un appel caché, en disant qu’il n’avait rien reçu, alors qu’il avait des confirmations de lecture. Ce n’est vraiment pas correct.
I should have looked at the google review before contacting him. I had the same bad experience. He came for a quote in December, made a commitment to come and never heard back despite my calls and emails. He only responded when I made a covert call, saying he hadn't received anything, although he had read receipts. This is really not correct.
