Du conseil à la mise en oeuvre tout s'est très bien passé. Le produit proposé correspond parfaitement à nos besoin, les délais ont été respectés et la pose faite par des professionnels compétents et soigneux.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personnel incompétent! La personne à la facturation ne sait pas lire les bordereaux des ouvriers! Elle ne sait pas même pas facturer correctement un entretien standard d'une chaudière à gaz! Et veux de ce fait, refaire un entretien bidon pour être correct dans ses données!

Plus d'un mois plus tard, toujours rien reçu. Aucune réponse à mes mails de relance, mes messages sur Messenger... Je contacte par téléphone leur secrétariat, on me promet de me rappeler dans la journée. Bien entendu, une semaine plus tard, je n'ai toujours pas été recontacté. Bref, marre de leur foutage de gueule, mon argent ira chez un autre chauffagiste qui ne pourra qu'être plus professionnel que cette société loufoque. Finalement, après 35 jours d'attente, et après un dernier mail de ma part, Zune a daigné me signaler que je ne les intéressais pas...

Personnel impoli, pas ponctuel (on me dit qu'on viendra vers 8h, ils arrivent à 9h15 après avoir tranquillement fumé une clope en arrivant). Problème de chaudière mal résolu, patron qui n'accepte pas la critique. Bref, peu recommandable.
Catastrophic company that I appealed to once, but it will be the last! Rude staff, not punctual (I am told that we will come around 8am, they arrive at 9:15 am after having quietly smoked a cigarette when arriving). Badly solved boiler problem, boss who does not accept criticism. In short, not very recommendable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cela fait maintenant déjà des années que nous faisons appel à Zune ; au départ, il s’agissait de simples entretiens de chaudière (qu’ils n’avaient pas installée), ensuite d’un remplacement de chaudière, et maintenant de travaux de rénovation résultant en un nouveau réseau de chauffage et la création d’une nouvelle salle de bain. Et chaque intervention a été très positive !
Ce qui nous plaît particulièrement chez cette société, c’est qu’ils sont ponctuels et respectent leurs engagements, qu’ils travaillent proprement et rapidement, et que le contact passe très bien, que ce soit avec les secrétaires, les ouvriers ou le patron. Ils font du très bon travail, et puis question dépannage, ils interviennent même si ce n’est pas eux qui ont réalisé l’installation. Vraiment top !
We've been using Zune for years now; initially, it was a simple boiler maintenance (which they had not installed), then a boiler replacement, and now renovation work resulting in a new heating network and the creation of a new bathroom. And each intervention has been very positive!
What we particularly like about this company is that they are punctual and respect their commitments, that they work cleanly and quickly, and that the contact goes very well, whether it is with the secretaries, the workers or the boss. . They do a very good job, and then when it comes to troubleshooting, they intervene even if they are not the ones who did the installation. Really great!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entretien correct, ouvrier sympa, travail propre mais facture exagérée quant au ramonage de la deuxième cheminée. 55 euros htva pour 2 minutes de travail , vraiment exagéré et non annoncé.
Correct maintenance, nice worker, clean work but exaggerated bill for the sweeping of the second chimney. 55 euros excluding VAT for 2 minutes of work, really exaggerated and not announced.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I hope some of you will find this opinion useful to avoid the mistake we have made. Not only in reference to the company, but in general, if you plan to instal a fire place. About 2 months ago we wanted to buy a used "poele" from a friend and asked Zune for an expertise, if this could be installed in our house. They came to check, said it was possible and advised us to instal a special inox tube in the chimney. After having taken some measures they had sent us an offer, which we accepted. Due to the season and numerous orders we needed to wait around 7 weeks for the scheduled installation. During this time we finalized the purchase of the "poele", bought all required equipment and wood, as well as did the rearrangement at home to make the place. We were looking forward to a moment we would sit in front of our new fireplace and enjoy a beautiful ambiance. Everything was ready... The day of the installation came. The Zune representatives were on time, all seemed to work perfect. Unfortunatelly not for a long. It took them maybe 10 minutes to note, that the installation of the tube is not possible! The chimney was not wide enough... I can only imagine such situations happen, especially in old houses, like ours. For me it was new, but not for the professional company, dealing with this kind of installations on daily basis. So why haven't they checked, if the chimney is wide enough in advance??? Why have they made us paid for all without being sure, if the installation is possible???
After a brainstorm with the boss, they proposed to take a risk and instal the "poele" without the inoxtube. We agreed, having in mind all expenses and efforts we had already made, and no idea about the consequences. The 'poele" was installed very quickly. The Zune employeeys made the first fire. I wanted to check in the attic, if there is no smoke, but they informed me they had checked and all was working fine. Luckily my partner came home just 1 hour later and saw that the attic is full of smoke. Apparently one of the chimney flaps needed to be sealed. The Zune team reacted pretty fast and came a few hours later to fix it. Unfortunatelly it didn't solve the problem, the "poele" doesnt work properly. When we tried to use it again the day after, there was a terrible smell everywhere and we saw the smoke coming out not only from the chimney but also from under the roof next to it. Most probably the chimney is not tight.
As for now we can't use the "poele". Apparently we would need to repair the chimney or to build an external tube. The both options increase the costs significantly. We haven;t expected it. If don;t go for one of the options, it would mean we have lost pretty much money and more expenses are to come (removing the "poele", fixing the wall, etc.)
All that could have been avoided, if only the chimney was checked immediatelly. I went to Zune to pass my opinion about the service and inform them that the "poele' doesn't work. I was informed the boss would contact us. Up to now (5 days after visitng them) he didn't. The only "contact" I will get will be probably the invoice.
