Dit in combinatie met foto's ontving ik een offerte. Het telefonisch contact was steeds correct en technisch onderbouwd. We zaten met een korte deadline voor de installatie, door het openbreken van de straat. Mits een kleine meerkost omdat de zoldertrap individueel moest afgehaald worden i.p.v. de standaard transport, is de trap binnen de afgesproken tijd geplaatst. Ook de plaatsing zelf verliep vlot. De installateur was netjes en in een mum van tijd stond de trap erin. Zowel naar Lucien als naar de installateur geef ik een dikke pluim! Dank je wel voor de goede zorgen. I want to thank you again for the correctness and the fast service. Thanks to the handy fill-in sheet on the webshop, I was able to pass on the dimensions. I received a quote in combination with photos. Telephone contact was always correct and technically substantiated. We had a short deadline for the installation due to the opening of the street. Provided a small additional cost because the attic stairs had to be picked up individually instead of the standard transport, the stairs were installed within the agreed time. The placement itself also went smoothly. The installer was neat and the stairs were in no time. I give a big compliment to both Lucien and the installer! Thank you for the good care.
