★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice. Booking was so quick and easy and communication was very fast with easy check-in instructions. We didn't see anyone. It was modern and nicely furnished and the bed was very comfortable. The shower had good pressure also. It was not the cleanest but was good enough and had a spotless bathtub, which is fantastic. Kitchen is a small compact self contained unit - not a true kitchen, so you won't be cooking much more than simple salad or pasta. Coffee percolator, kettle and Nespresso machine were all provided with nice TV and fancy Bluetooth speaker. Faults were mainly just noise. From the other apartment. And creaking floor boards. Also intenet cut out on our last night and didn't restore over night - difficult, as we needed it to book our onward tickets.

The apartment is positioned perfectly in the center, but in a quiet corner that allowed us to enjoy the quiet during the night and the lively colors of the city during the day. Plenty of restaurants within 2-3 minutes from the doorstep, shops, tourist locations and everything Ghent has to offer.
To that add the impeccably clean, well designed and thoughtfully attanged living space and the most helpful and accommodating hostess.
We will highly recommend this apartments to all our friends!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed in the hotel late autumn 2019. Everything was perfect. Nothing to complain. The best family hotel I stayed in Belgium.
Clean and spacious room.
Situated in the very centre of the town in a walk distance to the main touristic attractions.
I was greeted by an owner, pretty enthusiastic and extreamly friendly young woman. She speaks fluently Dutch, English, Russian and even Ukrainian.
All my requests were satisfied without hesitation. She explained in details how to enjoy local bars, shopping, sightseeings etc. Her advice were enough useful and helped me to avoid wasting time and money

ever. Definitely I visit your hotel one more time, hope very soon.
