★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Outrée !! Je suis une grande amatrice de bubble teas. Malheureusement j’ai été récemment déçue par le service chez Zenzou. Le serveur a fait exprès de mettre le minimum de perles possible, quitte à vider une partie de sa petite épuisette. Ensuite, il a rempli la moitié de mon verre avec des glaçons. Compte tenu du prix, j’attendais plus de liquides et plus de perles.
 Outraged!! I am a big fan of bubble teas. Unfortunately I was recently disappointed with the service at Zenzou. The server purposely put as few pearls as possible, even if it means emptying part of his little landing net. Then he filled my glass halfway with ice cubes. Considering the price, I expected more liquids and more pearls.

Personnel sympathique, des places sont disponibles au rdc et à l'étage, les escaliers sont un peu étroits.
Toilette très bien entretenu.
En revanche j'ai eu par deux fois des soucis avec le scan de mon pass sanitaire, et ça n'arrive que dans ce lieux, et le personnel est très à cheval sur celui-ci (ce qui est un bon point dans le contexte de crise sanitaire dans lequel nous sommes).
Ayant découvert les bubble Tea sur Paris via plusieurs chaînes, je peux vous affirmer que ceux proposés ici sont bien meilleurs ! ?

Friendly staff, places are available on the ground floor and upstairs, the stairs are a bit narrow.
Very well maintained toilet.
On the other hand, I had twice problems with the scan of my health pass, and it only happens in this place, and the staff is very strict on this one (which is a good point in the context of health crisis in which we are).
Having discovered bubble tea in Paris via several chains, I can tell you that those offered here are much better! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time in Zenzou. Always meant to stop in and today, we were glad we did. We bought 3 drinks, 2 milk based and one tea based. Being our first time, the staff were really helpful and our drinks were delicious! Will definitely be back!
