We hadden al veel gehoord over de kwaliteit en vriendelijkheid van ZEN oriental Cuisine in Schilde. Onze verwachtingen werden overtroffen met de sharing menu, leuk concept als je met twee bent of meer. Je kan over de prijs discussiëren maar het is volgens ons het zeker waard.
Ons hoogtepunt was naast het eten ook de gastvrijheid van het personeel.

We had already heard a lot about the quality and friendliness of ZEN oriental Cuisine in Schilde. Our expectations were exceeded with the sharing menu, nice concept if you are two or more. You can discuss the price, but we think it is definitely worth it.
In addition to the food, our highlight was the hospitality of the staff.

They were understaff in a busy evening + staff wasn't friendly or efficient.
Long wait for the food (one hour) and no such amazing food anyway.
Tea tasted like hot water only. Miso soup and sushi weren't nothing special.
Overpriced for what it actually is.
Atmosphere in the restaurant not the best. I mean the name of the restaurant is Zen but there is nothing of Zen in that restaurant, just stress and not even background music (relaxation).
The concept seems good it may even trick you. But don't believe it , is not a good place and you won't have a nice relaxing time or amazing food.
