★ ★ ★ ★ ★ EXPERIENCE TOUT SIMPLEMENT SCANDALEUSE!! Nous arrivons à l'heure prévue et la batterie est à 0 (alors que nous avons un déménagement prévu). Nous les contactons par téléphone pour s'entendre dire que "ce n'est pas leur faute mais celle du client précédent." La seule chose que l'on nous propose c'est d'annuler notre réservation. Oui, et? Aucune autre solution, ils n'essaient même pas de proposer le moindre geste commercial (et ne proposent même pas un remboursement!). On nage en plein délire! Ils nous font poireauter un bon moment au téléphone pour finalement nous dire qu'ils ont une autre Kangoo à la station Schuman mais que malheureusement elle est réservée. Rien d'autre... C'est consternant de, non seulement ne pas fournir le service pour lequel on a payé mais de n'être même pas capable de considérer les clients et de les planter comme ça sans aucune solution alternative possible. A EVITER ABSOLUMENT!!
 SIMPLY SCANDALOUS EXPERIENCE !! We arrive at the scheduled time and the battery is at 0 (although we have a planned move). We contact them by phone to hear that "it is not their fault but that of the previous customer." The only thing we are offered is to cancel our reservation. Yes and? No other solution, they don't even try to offer any commercial gesture (and don't even offer a refund!). We swim deliriously! They make us hang around for a while on the phone to finally tell us that they have another Kangoo at Schuman station but that unfortunately it is reserved. Nothing else ... It's appalling not only not to provide the service you paid for but not even being able to consider customers and crash them like that without any possible alternative solution. ABSOLUTELY AVOID !!
