De 2 zalen, 1 grotere (capaciteit een 200-tal personen) en 1 kleinere (capaciteit een 50-tal personen), worden voor allerlei doeleinden gebruikt door verschillende organisaties en groepen. Het is eveneens mogelijk om op particuliere basis de zalen te huren voor bvb privé feesten. Rerum Novarum beschikt daartoe over een degelijke infrastructuur (goed ingerichte, ruime keuken, meubilair, toog met tapinstallatie...). De zaal wordt frequent aangewend als sociaal contactcentrum (bvb voor senioren, vrouwenvereniging...)
Room Rerum Novarum is a multipurpose room. The 2 rooms, 1 larger (capacity about 200 people) and 1 smaller (capacity about 50 people), are used for all kinds of purposes by different organizations and groups. It is also possible to rent the rooms on a private basis, for example for private parties. Rerum Novarum has a solid infrastructure (well-equipped, spacious kitchen, furniture, bar with tap installation ...). The room is frequently used as a social contact center (e.g. for seniors, women's association ...)
