★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Op het eerste zicht een leuke, grote en gezellige zaal. Op het tweede zicht is daar echter niks van waar.
Het is erg moeilijk om een degelijke sfeer te creëren omwille van de slechte ruimtelijke indeling. Ook is het erg opvallend hoe de gasten op de wekelijke feesten alleen maar lijken te komen om zich in coma te zuipen. Bij al dat overmatig drankgebruik knijpt de eigenaar natuurlijk een oogje dicht, net zoals bij het serveren van sterke drank aan minderjarigen.
De zaal zelf afhuren voor een feest is een even grote tegenvaller. De eigenaar is afstandelijk, onbeleefd en doet er alles aan om zijn fouten goed te praten. Daarnaast wordt er veel te veel geld gevraagd waardoor eventuele winst wordt vermorzeld door de hoge kostprijs.
Conclusie: geen aanrader, noch voor het huren van de zaal, noch voor een kijkje te komen nemen
At first sight a nice, large and cozy room. On the second sight, however, none of that is true.
It is very difficult to create a decent atmosphere because of the poor spatial layout. It is also very striking how the guests at the weekly parties only seem to be coming to drink in a coma. The owner naturally turns a blind eye to all that excessive drinking, just like serving strong drinks to minors.
Renting the room yourself for a party is just as big a disappointment. The owner is aloof, rude and does everything to correct his mistakes. In addition, far too much money is requested, which means that any profit will be crushed by the high cost price.
Conclusion: not recommended, neither for renting the room nor to come and take a look
