★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'ai été à cet institut pour me faire épiler... Malheureusement ça a été " vite fait , mal fait ". L'esthéticien m'a épilée à une vitesse incroyable ... elle n'a pas pris la peine de repasser là où la cire n'avait pas tout pris. Je n'y retournerai plus. Décue.
I went to this institute to have my waxing ... Unfortunately it was "quickly done, badly done". The esthetician shaved me at an incredible speed ... she didn't bother to go back where the wax hadn't taken everything. I will not stay there again. Disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personnel poli et aimable, endroit propre. J'ai été épilée par Lisa, elle est juste incroyable ! Elle fait ça super vite et sans faire mal. Je reviendrai! Par contre pas beaucoup de place parking, on peut se garer sur la chaussée mais pas d'horodateur, on a droit à 30 min avec disque bleu, c'est tout. Le passage d'un contrôleur est fréquent paraît il mais je ne lai pas vu grâce à Lisa?.
J'y suis retourné et j'ai été épilée pas Hélène, elle a des mains en or! Elle est douce et vous mets vraiment très très à l'aise rapidement. Merci?
Polite and friendly staff, clean place. I was shaved by Lisa, she is just amazing! She does it super fast and without hurting. I'll be back! On the other hand, not much parking space, you can park on the road but no ticket machine, you are entitled to 30 min with blue disc, that's all. It seems that the passage of a controller is frequent but I didn't see it thanks to Lisa?.
I went back there and I was shaved by Hélène, she has golden hands! She is gentle and makes you very, very comfortable quickly. Thanks

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Freundliche Bedienung. Es ist ein kleiner, aber super aufgeräumter Laden. Helligkeit und Sauberkeit ist gegeben. Alles gefunden was man gesucht hat. Bezahlvorgang war sehr zügig und reibungslos. Liegt direkt an der Einkaufsstrasse in Waterloo.
Friendly service. It is a small but super tidy shop. Brightness and cleanliness is given. Everything found what you were looking for. Payment process was very fast and smooth. Located directly on the shopping street in Waterloo.
