★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ?J ai été très satisfaite du soin dos purifiant, que j ai découvert ce matin , Farah et Jessica ont prit soin de mon bien etre , ambiance relax avec musicothérapie de fond, gentillesse, discrétion ,et professionalisme, rentré stressé , j en suis ressortie sereine, j ai décider donc de remplacer ma sortie shopping mensuelle par un soin chez yves Rocher d auderghem, j ai déjà prit rdvs chez Jessica pour un autre soin☺?.

I was very satisfied with the purifying back treatment, which I discovered this morning, Farah and Jessica took care of my well-being, relaxed atmosphere with music therapy background, kindness, discretion, and professionalism, returned stressed, I came out serene, so I decided to replace my monthly shopping outing with a treatment at yves rocher d auderghem, I already took appointment at Jessica for another treatment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today (21/12/2019) we went to Yves Rocher @ Auderghem to do some Christmas shopping and I'm the long-term customer as well . We have received a bad service and the staff unfriendly & rude when u don't speak French even the counter lady (who wear the glasses) sound racist and walked in front of us and made the fake cough toward us. We'll never ever go bad there anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely bad unprofessional service. Despite having an appointment for waxing I had to wait 20 mins they told me they could only do eyebrows because they never noted down the other details.
The gérante Valérie is the worst. I was their client for 3 years and had an abonnement but they had no respect for me or my time
