De levering werd correct gedaan met terugname van de oude matrassen inbegrepen. Besluit wat men beloofde is dan ook juist. We have been sleeping on our adapted mattresses since 19/01/2019 and have no back or neck pain since. So we can only recommend it. The delivery was done correctly with return of the old mattresses included. The decision that was promised is therefore correct.
R	Rene Willems on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slechte service, matrassen worden niet op maat gemaakt maar samen gesteld, hoofdkussens precies het zelfde. Het wordt allemaal heel mooi verteld maar het stel echt niks voor die matrassen. De matrassen bevallen ons niet en daar wordt helaas niks aan gedaan. Mijn advies is om niet met Yuno in zee te gaan. Ook het personeel verteld het allemaal anders, ze hebben allemaal hun eigen verhaal. Bad service, mattresses are not custom made but put together, pillows exactly the same. It's all very nicely told, but the mattresses really don't mean anything. We don't like the mattresses and unfortunately nothing is done about it. My advice is not to do business with Yuno. The staff also tell it all differently, they all have their own story.

We hebben al een paar ergonomische en medische matrassen uitgeprobeerd die zeker niet van de goedkoopste waren maar van deze matras was ik direct verkocht ! Deze matras wordt echt volledig naar jouw profiel en naar maat samengesteld en dit voelde onmiddellijk zeer confortabel aan. Wij kijken echt uit naar deze matras !!! Fantastic ! We have already tried a few ergonomic and medical mattresses that were certainly not the cheapest, but I was immediately sold with this mattress! This mattress is really completely composed to your profile and to size and this immediately felt very comfortable. We are really looking forward to this mattress !!!
