Apparemment très mal réalisé avec des matériaux horribles et fortement mal fréquenté, les réseaux de prostitution sont dans la rue à côté donc.... à pas fréquenter par les touristes The worst station on the network - huge station and one wonders why? Apparently very poorly made with horrible materials and highly poorly attended, prostitution networks are in the street next door so .... not to be frequented by tourists
L	Leopold Stefan Vodak on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je passe tous les jours au moins une fois dans cette station de métro, il y fait très propre, mais trop souvent les escaliers roulants sont hors service, le descendant côté av de l'Hèlport est immobile depuis 6 semaine, malgré des mails la STIB ne réagit pas. I go every day at least once in this metro station, it is very clean there, but too often the escalators are out of order, the descendant on the av side of the Helport has been stationary for 6 weeks, despite emails from the STIB does not react.
J	Jesson Goffin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cette station de métro pourrait facilement être considérée comme la pire de tout le réseau bruxellois (la concurrence est pourtant rude). Sale et extrêmement mal fréquentée. Je ne parle pas ici (comme une autre personne l’a fait) des « clochards » (sic!) mais bien des groupes de jeunes qui y traînent sans cesse (sans parler des abords de la station). J’y ai moi-même été agressé physiquement par deux individus dont un mineur (!) sous le regard des autres passagers de la station qui n’ont pas bronché. Quelle horreur. Et après on s’étonne que les gens n’ont pas envie de prendre les transports en commun… Pfff. This metro station could easily be considered the worst of the entire Brussels network (the competition is fierce). Dirty and extremely poorly attended. I'm not talking here (as another person did) of "tramps" (sic!) But of groups of young people who hang out there constantly (not to mention the surroundings of the station). I myself was physically assaulted there by two individuals including a minor (!) Under the gaze of the other passengers of the station who did not flinch. How awful. And then we are surprised that people do not want to take public transport ... Pfff.

Yser station is much closer to the canal and in nearby locations you can find many Arab shops to buy nuts, Arab and Indian spices. Many African shops are also there. Aldi supermarket is located near to that Canal.
