★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Om iets te verkopen zijn ze er snel bij en gaat alles vlot. Maar iets afwerken en dienst na verkoop is niet wat het hoort te zijn. Al 3 maand aan het wachten op een vloerder om af te werken. Ondertussen al 3 weken aan het wachten op een bevestiging wanneer de vloerder zal komen. De communicatie is niet wat ze hoort te zijn.
They are quick to sell something and everything goes smoothly. But finishing something and after sales service is not what it should be. Been waiting for a floorer for 3 months to finish. Meanwhile, waiting for 3 weeks for confirmation when the floorer will come. The communication is not what it should be.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zeer vlot in verkoop, opmerkelijk minder vlot bij vragen/problemen achteraf.
Maanden gewacht op afwerking van een halve meter tegels in ons huis, nadien nog een kleine eeuwigheid tot twee stukjes plint en een stukje laminaat kon worden vervangen, maar intussen wel facturen blijven opsturen. Factuur wordt/werd betaald bij voltooiing werken.
We hadden het kunnen weten: verkoopster in de winkel heeft ons 3x moeten terugbellen om te bevestigen wat de specificaties van onze bestelling was (kleur vensterbanken, types tegels).
Resultaat is wel goed en mooi geplaatst, vandaar toch een sterretje bij.
Very quick to sell, remarkably less responsive to questions/problems afterwards.
Waited months for the finishing of half a meter of tiles in our house, afterwards a small eternity until two pieces of plinth and a piece of laminate could be replaced, but in the meantime continue to send invoices. Invoice is/was paid upon completion of work.
We should have known: the saleswoman in the store had to call us back 3 times to confirm the specifications of our order (color window sills, types of tiles).
The result is good and nicely placed, hence an asterisk.
