Elle met l'accent sur la pratique positive du yoga, tout en étant très attentive à ce que personne ne se blesse. Une prof exceptionnelle dans un studio agréable, accueillant et plein de bonnes ondes & odeurs.

 Sonia is a great yoga teacher! It supports its students throughout the course and pay attention to each. It focuses on the positive yoga practice, while being very careful that nobody gets hurt. An exceptional teacher in a nice studio, welcoming and full of good vibes & odors.

Ses séquences et ses cours sont chaque fois super. Elle est attentive à chacun; conseille les cours à suivre suivant votre niveau, corrige les postures et nous pousse à nous dépasser.
I recommend this very authentic studio to you to discover iu yoga to deepen your practice. Sonia is an excellent yogi who shares her knowledge with her students. His sequences and lessons are always great. She is attentive to everyone; advises which courses to follow according to your level, corrects postures and pushes us to surpass ourselves.

Its also a very nice and relaxing place, I strongly recommend and I just wish I could manage to go more frequently.
